Abstract: Taking the teaching of corporate finance as an example, combined with online and offline teaching, formative curriculum assessment, integration of science and education and curriculum ideological and political construction, this paper puts forward comprehensive suggestions on the teaching reform of corporate finance from the aspects of curriculum reform, teaching resource construction, teaching methods and evaluation methods.
