地方高校法治人才实践协同培养的困境与纾解基于对安徽省的调查分析

  • 摘要: 法治人才实践协同培养是以实践为导向的教育培养机制。通过对安徽省的调查发现,在实践中各育人主体对实践协同培养的思想认识不统一,对法治实务部门在协调培养中定位不清,高校与法治实务部门在各环节的协同深度不够,培养效果的评价机制也不完善。为纾解这些困境,需要统一各育人主体的思想认识,从顶层设计中确定法治实务部门的主体定位,进一步推进协同育人的协同深度,完善评价机制,不断提高法治人才培养质量。

     

    Abstract: The practice of collaborative training of legal talents is a practice oriented educational and training mechanism. Through a survey of Anhui Province, it was found that local universities face difficulties, such as the lack of unified ideological understanding and the inability to find a position of the legal practice department among the educational subjects. The collaboration depth between universities and legal practice departments is insufficient, and the effectiveness of evaluation mechanism is not mature. To resolve these difficulties, it is necessary to unify our thinking, determine the position of the legal practice department from the top-level design, promote the depth of collaborative education, improve the evaluation mechanism, and continuously improve the quality of legal talent training.
