高校研究生导师管理制度的优化路径研究

  • 摘要: 高等教育内涵式发展背景下,研究生导师队伍建设已成为提升人才培养质量的核心议题。作为研究生培养质量的责任主体,导师在学术指导、科研训练和研究生职业发展等方面发挥着关键作用,其管理效能直接影响高层次创新人才培养成效。高校通过健全多维评价体系、建立差异化激励机制,完善导师培训与发展体系,优化师生关系动态管理体系,实现管理体系的数字化转型等,优化导师管理制度,提升导师队伍的专业化水平和学术指导能力,推动研究生教育高质量发展。

     

    Abstract: In the context of the connotative development of higher education, the construction of the graduate supervisor team has become a core issue in improving the quality of talent cultivation. As the responsible party for the quality of graduate education, mentors play a key role in academic guidance, research training, and career development, and their management effectiveness directly affects the effectiveness of cultivating high-level innovative talents. By establishing a sound multi-dimensional evaluation system, establishing differentiated incentive mechanisms, improving the mentor training and development system, optimizing the dynamic management system of teacher-student relationships, and achieving digital transformation of the management system, universities can optimize the mentor management system, enhance the professional level and academic guidance ability of the mentor team, and promote the high-quality development of graduate education.
