OBE理念下高校本科生导师制教育模式创新研究

Research on Innovation of Undergraduate Mentor Education Model under the Guidance of OBE Concept

  • 摘要: 本科生导师制是高等教育内涵式发展、建立健全育人长效机制的有力措施。当前高校本科生导师制实施过程中存在职责定位不清晰、考核机制不健全等问题。应运用成果导向教育理念,构建显性教育和隐性教育相结合的育人体系,建立五位一体本科生导师制,明确不同角色导师的任务,建立合理的监督、激励机制,提高导师指导本科生的积极性和指导工作质量。

     

    Abstract: The undergraduate mentorship system is a powerful measure for the connotative development of higher education and the establishment of a sound long-term mechanism for educating students. There are problems in the implementation of the undergraduate mentorship system in current universities, such as unclear job responsibilities and inadequate assessment mechanisms. Applying the results oriented education concept, constructing a comprehensive education system that combines explicit and implicit education, establishing a five in one undergraduate mentorship system, clarifying the tasks of different role mentors, establishing reasonable supervision and incentive mechanisms, and improving the enthusiasm and quality of mentor guidance for undergraduate students.
