光电图像处理课程教学改革的实践探索

Exploration and Practice of Teaching Reform for Optoelectronic Image Processing

  • 摘要: 机器视觉是智能制造的关键技术,但光电图像处理课程存在知识体系落后于时代、实践教学效果差的问题。安徽工业大学光电图像处理课程围绕工业现场机器视觉检测技术开展教学,通过重构知识体系,充分挖掘实验仪器功能,将合作企业生产现场实时图像引入实验室和课堂,改善实践教学条件,引导学生参加各类大赛,以赛促学,有效提高了课程教学效果。

     

    Abstract: Machine vision is a key technology in intelligent manufacturing, but the course of optoelectronic image processing has problems such as outdated knowledge system and poor practical teaching effectiveness. The optoelectronic image processing course at Anhui University of Technology focuses on the teaching of machine vision inspection technology in industrial sites. By reconstructing the knowledge system and fully exploring the functions of experimental instruments, real-time images of cooperative enterprise production sites are introduced into laboratories and classrooms to improve practical teaching conditions. Students are guided to participate in various competitions to promote learning and effectively improve the teaching effectiveness of the course.
