Abstract: Sludge treatment and disposal is an important content in the course of “Water Pollution Control Engineering 2”. Under the guidance of the “dual carbon” strategic goals, the teaching of sludge treatment and disposal should guide students to understand and master the process design concepts and related skills under the “dual carbon” background. By revising teaching objectives, optimizing teaching content, updating teaching methods, and establishing diverse assessment methods, students’ professional skills and low-carbon awareness should be comprehensively enhanced.
