基于翻转课堂的健康心理学教学改革探索

An Exploration of Health Psychology Teaching Reform Based on Flipped Classroom

  • 摘要: 健康心理学课程教学存在师资队伍经验断层制约教学质量、传统教学模式难以适应差异化学习的需求等问题。实施课前预习、课堂互动、课后反馈的翻转课堂教学改革能够有效提升教学质量。高校应通过重构教师发展体系,赋能教学能力升级;建构自主学习支持系统,强化学习力培育;完善制度、技术双支撑,构建智慧教育生态。

     

    Abstract: The teaching of health psychology courses is constrained by the experience gap of the teaching staff, and the traditional teaching mode is difficult to adapt to the needs of differentiated learning. The implementation of flipped classroom teaching reform with pre class preview, classroom interaction, and post class feedback can effectively improve teaching quality. Universities should reconstruct their teacher development system to empower the upgrading of teaching abilities, construct a self-directed learning support system to strengthen the cultivation of learning ability, improve institutional and technological support, and build a smart education ecosystem.
