高校课程思政和思政课程协同育人的现实困境及对策研究

Research on the Practical Dilemmas and Countermeasures of Collaborative Education between Ideological and Political Courses and Curriculum Ideological and Political Education in Universities

  • 摘要: 在构建“三全育人”格局的时代背景下,创新推动课程思政和思政课程协同育人,是解决“培养什么人”“怎样培养人”“为谁培养人”的关键。通过对上海、安徽、新疆三地部分高校的问卷调查及访谈,发现高校课程思政和思政课程协同育人在取得一定成效的同时,还存在协同育人的理念有待升级更新、协同育人的主体联动性不强、协同育人的内容协调性不够、协同育人的不均衡性较为明显等问题。针对以上现实困境,提出协同育人理念优化升级、协同育人主体多元打造、协同育人内容资源统筹整合、协同育人的顶层设计全面完善等对策。

     

    Abstract: Under the background of building a “Three-wide education” pattern, innovatively promoting the collaborative education of “ideological and political courses” and “ideological and political education in courses” is the key to solving the issues of “what kind of people to cultivate”, “how to cultivate people” and “for whom to cultivate people”. Through questionnaire surveys and interviews conducted in universities in Shanghai, Anhui and Xinjiang, it was found that while the collaborative education of ideological and political courses and ideological and political education in courses has achieved certain results, there are still problems such as the need to upgrade and update the concept of collaborative education, weak linkage among the subjects of collaborative education, insufficient coordination of the content of collaborative education, and obvious imbalance in collaborative education. In response to these practical difficulties, countermeasures such as upgrading and transforming the concept of collaborative education, creating a diverse array of collaborative education subjects, integrating and coordinating the resources and content of collaborative education, and innovating the multi-dimensional evaluation drive for collaborative education are proposed.
