新工科视角下大学生就业能力提升的制约因素与实践路径

The Restrictive Factors and Practical Paths of Improving College Students’ Employability from the Perspective of New Engineering

  • 摘要: 随着新工科建设的深入推进,大学生的就业能力成为新工科人才培养的重点。面对新工科建设的新要求,高校开展大学生就业能力提升路径研究具有重要的现实意义。本文通过分析新工科视角下大学生就业能力培养存在的制约因素,围绕思政教育、职业规划、学科竞赛、教学改革、数字赋能、政校企行协同育人六个方面,探讨高校提升大学生就业能力的实践路径,旨在推动人才培养模式改革,为新工科人才培养提供参考思路。

     

    Abstract: With the deepening of the construction of new engineering, the employment ability of college students has become the focus of the cultivation of new engineering talents. Facing the new requirements of new engineering construction, it is of great practical significance for colleges and universities to carry out research on the path of improving college students’ employability. This paper analyzes the restrictive factors existing in the cultivation of college students’ employability from the perspective of new engineering, and discusses the practical path of improving college students’ employability from six aspects: ideological and political education, career planning, subject competition, teaching reform, digital empowerment and collaborative education of government, school, enterprise and industry. It aims to promote the reform of talent training mode and provide reference ideas for the cultivation of new engineering talents.
