Abstract: In the process of human civilization development, capitalist civilization constrained by the logic of capital has both the dual effectiveness of creating a modern civilization that gets rid of the impurities of the old era and hindering human civilization, forming an insurmountable "civilization crux". This crux can only be solved by critically transcending the "logic of capital" civilization and creating new forms of human civilization. The CPC led the people to innovate and develop a new form of future oriented human civilization with socialist system and Chinese characteristics by taking the path of Chinese path to modernization and critically looking at the cruxes of fetishism, alienation, confrontation, etc., under the capital logic, realizing the transcendence of capitalist civilization from four aspects of "people-oriented, comprehensive coordination, elimination of alienation, and harmonious coexistence", and creating a new blueprint for the form of human civilization.
