基于Kano模型的无人奶茶小站服务设计研究

Research on Service Design of Unmanned Milk Tea Station Based on Kano Demand Model

  • 摘要: 基于Kano模型研究无人奶茶小站的设计。通过对用户需求进行分析和分类,确定无人奶茶小站应具备的基本需求、期望需求和潜在需求,根据需求分类和Better-Worse系数,设计无人奶茶小站的具体功能和界面。从用户的角度出发,提出相应的功能设计方案,以满足用户需求,提高无人奶茶小站的用户体验,为无人奶茶小站和类似服务型产品的设计提供理论支持和方法指导。

     

    Abstract: Based on the Kano Requirements Model, the design of the unmanned milk tea kiosk is studied. By analyzing and classifying the user requirements, the basic, expected and potential requirements that the unmanned milk tea kiosk are determined. Based on the requirements classification and Better-Worse coefficients, the specific functions and interfaces of the unmanned milk tea kiosk are designed. And from the user's point of view, the corresponding functional design scheme is proposed to meet the user’s needs and improve the user experience of the unmanned milk tea kiosk, which provides strong theoretical support and methodological guidance for the design of the unmanned milk tea kiosk and similar service-oriented products.
