Abstract:
Based on the Kano Requirements Model, the design of the unmanned milk tea kiosk is studied. By analyzing and classifying the user requirements, the basic, expected and potential requirements that the unmanned milk tea kiosk are determined. Based on the requirements classification and Better-Worse coefficients, the specific functions and interfaces of the unmanned milk tea kiosk are designed. And from the user's point of view, the corresponding functional design scheme is proposed to meet the user’s needs and improve the user experience of the unmanned milk tea kiosk, which provides strong theoretical support and methodological guidance for the design of the unmanned milk tea kiosk and similar service-oriented products.
