Abstract:
Within the wave of reform driven by New Liberal Arts, music teacher education in higher institutions should adopt "innovative construction" to move beyond the "modernist" curriculum paradigm and promote optimized curriculum design through a "multidimensional perspective". The combined forces of "digital empowerment" and "intelligent construction" propel the transformation of music teaching models in higher education institutions. This approach encourages breaking through from the constraints of Western-centric discourse in music education, fostering an innovative, Chinese-specific discourse system in music teacher education. With a "multidimensional integration" perspective, this framework supports the cultural and intellectual development of music education in teacher training institutions, enhancing the overall quality and innovative capacity of music educators to meet the demands of the new era and drive the high-quality development of music education in higher education.
