Abstract: The discourse system of red culture possesses political, historical, and cultural attributes, with people-centered construction logic manifesting multidimensional interweaving of Marxist theoretical foundations, the century-long practical endeavors of the Party, and the inheritance of outstanding traditional Chinese culture. Its prominent characteristics are reflected in the unity of political and people-oriented dimensions, the integration of practicality and struggle, and the fusion of openness and inclusiveness, showcasing a distinct value orientation and practical character. From the perspectives of strengthening value identification, innovating content systems, and expanding dissemination channels, continuously advancing the construction of the discourse system, which is conducive to fostering the innovative development of the red culture discourse system.
