学业压力与网络成瘾的关系:社交焦虑与自我控制的中介作用

The Relationship between Academic Stress and Internet Addiction in College Students: the Mediating Role of Social Anxiety and Self-control

  • 摘要: 目的:探讨网络成瘾对学业压力的影响,并分析自我控制与社交焦虑在其中的链式中介作用。方法:以安徽省合肥市多所高校的 690 名大学生为研究对象,运用网络成瘾诊断量表、学业压力感量表、社交焦虑量表以及自我控制量表展开调查。结果:网络成瘾通过多种方式对大学生的学业压力产生影响。一是通过社交焦虑或自我控制的部分中介作用来影响学业压力。二是通过社交焦虑对自我控制的链式中介作用进一步影响学业压力。结论:通过增加面对面的社交互动和加强自我控制能力来缓解大学生的学业压力,防止其网络成瘾行为的发生。

     

    Abstract: Objective: To explore the effects of Internet addiction on academic stress, and to further analyze the chain mediating role of self-control and social anxiety. Methods: 690 college students from various universities in Hefei, Anhui province were investigated by using the Internet Addiction Diagnosis Scale, academic stress scale, social anxiety scale and self-control scale. Results: Internet addiction affects the academic pressure of college students in many ways. One is to influence academic stress through the mediating role of social anxiety or self-control. The second is to further influence academic stress through the chain mediating effect of social anxiety on self-control. Conclusion: Based on the above empirical conclusions, it is suggested that increasing face-to-face social interaction and strengthening self-control can alleviate the academic pressure of college students and prevent the occurrence of Internet addiction behavior.
