大学生在线学习满意度影响因素与提升研究

On the Influencing Factors and Improvement of University Students' Online Learning Satisfaction

  • 摘要: 为探究大学生在线学习满意度的影响因素,提升线上教学质量,本研究以顾客满意度理论为基础,引入平台形象变量,构建大学生在线学习满意度理论模型。利用结构方程模型检验假设,提取在线学习满意度影响因素,然后通过问卷调查获取数据并进行分析。结果显示:学生个体特征显著影响在线学习满意度水平;学习者感知价值和感知质量显著影响在线学习满意度,且感知价值在感知质量影响学习者满意度过程中还起到中介作用。最后,基于研究结论,从学生、平台、校方三个维度提出针对性优化建议,为提升大学生在线学习满意度、完善线上教学体系提供理论支撑与实践参考。

     

    Abstract: To explore the influencing factors of university students' online learning satisfaction and improve the quality of online teaching, this study is based on customer satisfaction theory and introduces the platform image variable to construct a theoretical model of university students' online learning satisfaction. Using structural equation modeling, hypotheses were tested to identify the factors affecting online learning satisfaction. Data were then collected through questionnaires and analyzed. The results show that individual student characteristics significantly impact online learning satisfaction levels; perceived value and perceived quality significantly influence online learning satisfaction, with perceived value also playing a mediating role in the effect of perceived quality on learner satisfaction. Finally, based on the research findings, targeted optimization suggestions were proposed from three dimensions—students, platforms, and institutions—to enhance university students' online learning satisfaction and provide theoretical support and practical references for improving the online teaching system.
