Abstract: After the founding of the People's Republic of China, the CPC led the people through over three years of efforts, making China's conditions ripe for transitioning to socialism, which inevitably required conducting extensive and in-depth political mobilization for the socialist revolution. As the official newspaper of the CPC Central Committee, People's Daily undertook the crucial task of political mobilization for the socialist revolution. People's Daily carried out political mobilization through interpreting the general line and policies of the transition period, criticizing erroneous ideologies, promoting exemplary models, and inspiring people with the achievements of the socialist revolution. These political mobilization efforts raised the political awareness of the masses, advanced the socialist revolution, and significantly enhanced the prestige of the CPC.
