赋能视角下柔性人力资源管理对员工创造力的影响机制研究

A Study of the Mechanism of Flexible Human Resource Management on Employee Creativity fromthe Perspective of Empowerment

  • 摘要: 随着市场环境的动态性日益增强,企业需要对市场做出快速反应。柔性人力资源管理具备灵活反应和适应能力,能够在动态和激烈的环境中获得竞争优势。本文从赋能视角, 基于对287位员工的问卷调查,实证分析柔性人力资源管理对员工创造力的影响机制。研究发现:柔性人力资源管理对结构赋能具有正向影响;结构赋能和心理赋能在柔性人力资源管理与员工创造力之间具有链式中介作用。

     

    Abstract: As the dynamism of the market environment is increasing day by day, enterprises need to respond quickly to the market. Flexible human resource management has the ability to flexible response and adaptation, and can gain a competitive advantage in a dynamic and fierce environment. Based on a survey of 287 employees, empirical research has found that flexible human resource management has positive influences on structural empowerment. And structural empowerment and psychological empowerment have a chain mediated effect between flexible human resource management and employee creativity.
