Abstract:
As the dynamism of the market environment is increasing day by day, enterprises need to respond quickly to the market. Flexible human resource management has the ability to flexible response and adaptation, and can gain a competitive advantage in a dynamic and fierce environment. Based on a survey of 287 employees, empirical research has found that flexible human resource management has positive influences on structural empowerment. And structural empowerment and psychological empowerment have a chain mediated effect between flexible human resource management and employee creativity.
