Abstract:
To cultivate professionals with a systemic perspective and a macro-engineering outlook, who are urgently needed in the civil engineering industry, a multi-disciplinary collaborative education model under the guidance of ideological and political education is implemented. Based on the value indicators of multi-disciplinary collaborative education, a vertically progressive ideological and political chain by semester and a horizontally interconnected one by value indicators are constructed. Professional and ideological education objectives are organically integrated into the multi-disciplinary collaborative framework, achieving integrated design, hierarchical implementation, and holistic advancement. Ultimately, a "one-body-two-wings" talent cultivation model is formed—with professional courses embodying the core values of ideological and political education as the main body, and professional education and ideological education as the two wings. Teachers combine the imparting of professional knowledge with value guidance, fostering students' ability to solve complex engineering problems, enhancing their professional skills, innovation and entrepreneurship capabilities, teamwork spirit, and engineering ethics awareness.
