基于胜任力模型的“课程思政+产教融合”育人模式探索

Exploration of the "Ideology and Political Education in Curriculum + Industry-Education Integration" Educational Model Based on Competency Model

  • 摘要: 随着经济结构的调整和产业升级的加速,社会对应用型人才的需求日益迫切,而产教融合正是提升人才培养质量的有效途径。面对多元化思潮的冲击,课程思政成为高校培养德才兼备人才的重要保障。论文通过分析当前信息管理与信息系统专业人才培养中存在的问题,构建了信息管理与信息系统专业人才胜任力模型,探索了基于胜任力模型的“课程思政+产教融合”的协同育人路径,旨在为高校信息管理与信息系统专业教育改革提供有益参考。

     

    Abstract: With the adjustment of economic structure and the acceleration of industrial upgrading, the demand for applied talents is becoming increasingly urgent, and the integration of industry and education is an effective way to improve the quality of talent cultivation. At the same time, facing the impact of diversified ideological trends, ideological and political education in the curriculum has become an important guarantee for cultivating talents with both moral integrity and talent. This paper analyzes the current problems in the cultivation of information management and information systems professionals, constructs a competency model for them, and explores the collaborative education path of "ideology and political education in curriculum+ industry-education integration" based on competency models, aiming to provide useful references for the reform of information management and information systems professional education in universities.
