Abstract: The discourse on the laws of the Communist Party of China not only enriches the discourse system of the Communist Party of China, but also provides a new perspective for understanding the theoretical innovation and practical development of the Party. In terms of the discourse category, taking the laws of the Communist Party's governance, the laws of socialist construction and the laws of human social development as the core elements, a discourse system with intrinsic connections is constructed. In the historical context, due to the changes in the tasks and environment faced by the Party, it has undergone historical transformation from the period of the New Democratic Revolution to the new era, and its discourse shows a state of continuous adjustment and dynamic evolution. In terms of structural hierarchy, it presents a multi-level logical architecture of "macro - meso - micro". In dialectical thinking, the discourse of laws demonstrates the dialectical unity of the balance between respecting objective laws and exerting subjective initiative, the combination of universal and special laws, and the two-way interaction between theory and practice.
