Abstract: In recent years, the research on green technology innovation has been quite popular. From an epistemological point of view, green technology innovation is a comprehensive improvement of the organic nature of the technology system, an effective improvement of the spatial cohesion of technology, and a unremitting pursuit of intergenerational sustainability of technology. From the perspective of axiology, green technology innovation seeks to put the technology in a reasonable position, attempts to multiply green natural assets, and aims to improve the well-being of the environment and people's livelihood. From a practical point of view, green technology innovation needs to focus on the green normative guidance of technological innovation concepts, the green design and creation of technological innovation policies, and the green transformation and upgrading of technological innovation systems. The above three aspects are interrelated and layer-by-layer, focusing on ecological philosophy, technology philosophy and other aspects to try to answer the basic questions of "what is green technology innovation, what are the pursuit of value, and how to promote it in practice", hoping to broaden the basic theoretical research of green technology innovation and clarify the specific practical path of green technology innovation.
