长三角城市群生态文明建设水平测度及时空格局演变特征

Measurement of the Level of Ecological Civilization Construction and the Evolution Characteristics of the Spatio-Temporal Pattern in the Yangtze River Delta Urban Agglomeration

  • 摘要: 通过采集长三角城市群2013—2022年面板数据,基于社会发展、环境污染、资源消耗和环境保护四个层面构建长三角城市群生态文明建设水平评价体系,采用熵权TOPSIS法对长三角城市群生态文明建设水平进行测度,运用三维核密度估计、空间自相关、空间分布图等方法分析长三角城市群生态文明建设水平的时空格局演变特征。研究结果表明:(1)从测度结果上来看,长三角城市群生态文明建设水平整体呈上升趋势,但仍处于较低水平。(2)从时序演进特征来看,在研究期内,长三角城市群生态文明建设水平呈持续上升的演进特征,但城际之间存在差异化特征。(3)从空间格局特征来看,长三角城市群生态文明建设水平并非随机分布,而是呈现显著的空间正相关性,局部空间格局特征以高-高和低-低集聚区为主,并形成了各自集中连片的空间格局。因此,要深入贯彻长三角城市群生态环境共保联治理念,促进长三角城市群协同合作,共同提升长三角城市群生态文明建设水平。

     

    Abstract: By collecting the panel data of the Yangtze River Delta urban agglomeration over the ten years from 2013 to 2022, this article constructs an evaluation system for the level of ecological civilization construction in the Yangtze River Delta urban agglomeration based on four aspects: social development, environmental pollution, resource consumption, and environmental protection. The entropy weight TOPSIS method is adopted to measure the level of ecological civilization construction in the Yangtze River Delta urban agglomeration. Methods such as three-dimensional kernel density estimation, spatial autocorrelation, and spatial distribution maps are used to analyze the evolution characteristics of the spatio-temporal pattern of the ecological civilization construction level in the Yangtze River Delta urban agglomeration. The results show that: (1) From the perspective of measurement results, the overall level of ecological civilization construction in the Yangtze River Delta urban agglomeration shows an upward trend, but it still remains at a relatively low level. (2) In terms of the characteristics of temporal evolution, during the research period, the level of ecological civilization construction in the Yangtze River Delta urban agglomeration presents the evolutionary characteristic of continuous rise, but there are differentiating features among cities. (3) In terms of the characteristics of the spatial pattern, the level of ecological civilization construction in the Yangtze River Delta urban agglomeration is not randomly distributed but shows a significant positive spatial correlation. The local spatial pattern is mainly characterized by high-high and low-low agglomeration areas, and each has formed a contiguous spatial pattern. It is proposed that the concept of joint protection and governance of the ecological environment in the Yangtze River Delta urban agglomeration should be thoroughly implemented, the coordinated cooperation among the cities in the Yangtze River Delta urban agglomeration should be promoted, and the level of ecological civilization construction in the Yangtze River Delta urban agglomeration should be jointly improved.
