Abstract:
With the intensification of population aging, the demand for digital taxi-hailing services among the elderly is increasing, but they often encounter problems such as complex interfaces and cumbersome operations. To enhance the user experience of elderly users, this research focuses on simplifying interface functions and interaction processes. Through questionnaires and interviews, the needs of elderly users were collected. The KJ method was used for classification and organization, and the AHP method was combined to construct a demand hierarchy model to clarify the priority of each demand. Prototype design was completed, and the usability test was conducted to evaluate the usage effect of the interface solution. Ultimately, a user demand model for the digital interface of elderly taxi-hailing was constructed, improving the convenience of operation and user satisfaction.
