知华友华目标导向下来华留学生教育培养路径探索

Exploration on the Training Path of International Student Education in China Under the Goal of Knowing China and Being Friendly to China

  • 摘要: 新时代来华留学教育承担着培育知华友华人才的重要责任与使命。锚定教育部来华留学生高等教育人才培养目标,通过构建从理解、认同到传播的对华认知教育梯度化模式,创新隐性教育与显性教育相融合的综合素养培育体系,搭建从跨文化适应、对话到支持的全球胜任力培养机制,增进来华留学生对华深度理解与理性认同,提升其专业素养和全球胜任力,从而培育出知华友华高素质国际人才。

     

    Abstract: International student education in the new era undertakes the mission of cultivating talents who know China and are friendly to China. Based on the talent training objectives for international students in higher education formulated by the Ministry of Education, this study constructs a gradient cognitive education model ranging from understanding and identity to communication, innovates a comprehensive literacy cultivation system integrating explicit and implicit education, and establishes a global competence training mechanism covering cross-cultural adaptation, dialogue and communication support. These approaches can effectively deepen international students' in-depth understanding and rational recognition of China, improve their professional literacy and global competence, and ultimately cultivate high-quality international talents .
