Abstract:
The "Dual Carbon" goal puts forward new requirements for cultivating application-oriented talents majoring in environmental engineering. As the core link of professional practice, production practice has defects including poorly matched practice bases, outdated teaching contents, monotonous practice modes, teachers' insufficient engineering practical ability and imperfect evaluation system, which fail to meet the demands of low-carbon talent cultivation. Based on the "Dual Carbon" background and the requirements of curriculum ideological and political education, this paper reconstructs the teaching objectives of production practice and carries out systematic reforms from five dimensions: school-enterprise base construction, teaching content, practical training methods, teachers' competence and assessment system. The reforms can effectively improve students' low-carbon practical capabilities, and offer references for optimizing practical teaching of environmental engineering and teaching reform of related majors.
