Abstract:
Social practice training is a mandatory course for ideological and political education teachers in universities in the new era, serving as an intrinsic requirement to broaden their educational perspectives, enhance their comprehensive competencies, and foster their professional growth. It also addresses the practical need to cultivate team spirit and collaboration awareness while improving the quality of teaching teams. Currently, social practice training has achieved notable results but still faces numerous practical challenges. It is essential to fully recognize the significance of social practice training, accurately align with the needs of ideological and political education teachers, scientifically determine the content of practical training, precisely evaluate its effectiveness, and strengthen the application of evaluation results, thereby driving further and greater achievements in social practice training.
