Abstract: In the new era, student financial aid education in universities has evolved from simple financial support into a comprehensive educational work integrating guarantee, cultivation and value guidance, whose core connotations lie in forging ideals, fostering morality and guiding practice. At present, the financial aid education in universities is confronted with practical dilemmas including deviated educational orientation, single educational carriers, insufficient multi-party coordination and incomplete effect evaluation system. Universities should adhere to the guidance of ideological and political education, build diversified experiential educational platforms, gather joint educational forces from all sides, and cultivate professional teaching teams. By these measures, an all-round and long-term high-quality financial aid education system can be constructed to help students realize the value promotion from receiving assistance to self-reliance and then to helping others.
