Abstract: Grassroots Party building in universities in the New Era has shortcomings in ideological development, organizational construction, institutional improvement, and team building. In response to the requirements for improving the quality and efficiency of Party building, Anhui University of Technology takes the "Double Creation" of Party building (model creation and quality improvement) as the starting point, implements a three-year action, and forms a practical path for high-quality development of colleges and universities led by Party building through strengthening political guidance, promoting in-depth integration of Party building and business, improving assessment and evaluation, and building a strong Party work team.
