Abstract: To address the problems prevalent in innovation and entrepreneurship education at local universities, including insufficient initiative of stakeholders, fragmented curriculum systems and underdeveloped practical platforms, this paper explores pathways for cultivating innovative and entrepreneurial talents from the perspective of educational evaluation reform. A three-in-one model featuring "evaluation-driven progress, curriculum-oriented instruction and platform-supported cultivation" is established. By virtue of a three-wheel-driven evaluation system, a systematic curriculum framework and three-dimensionally coordinated practical platforms, the internal motivation of all educational participants is effectively stimulated. Innovations of this model in evaluation mechanisms, curriculum construction and resource-sharing platforms have greatly boosted students’ scientific and technological achievements and entrepreneurial performance, and vigorously promoted the high-quality development of innovation and entrepreneurship education in local universities.
