Abstract:
The digital economy has boosted the rapid development of new business education, making interdisciplinary and compound business talents increasingly demanded by industries. The traditional talent training mode of application-oriented undergraduate universities faces prominent problems such as homogenized training schemes, insufficient cultivation of practical and innovative abilities, and inadequate integration of industry and education. This paper constructs a talent training mode of "demand traction, practice driving and collaborative education", and proposes optimization strategies from the reconstruction of curriculum system, compound teacher team construction and industry-university-research collaborative education. The proposed mode has achieved remarkable practical effects in Ma'anshan University.
