Abstract: The output generated by artificial intelligence is an important symbol on the path toward strong artificial intelligence. By deeply integrating AIGC technology into the entire process of work creation, it not only changes the traditional way of creating works, but also raises new copyright law issues. Therefore, based on the characteristics of artificial intelligence generated products and the significance of copyright law protection, this article proposes relevant suggestions for improving copyright law protection of artificial intelligence generated products in response to the practical difficulties of copyright law protection.
