Abstract:
In the context of deep integration of artificial intelligence and virtual reality technologies, virtual digital human performance, as a composite creative form, has demonstrated significant economic and cultural value in fields such as livestream e-commerce and film production. However, the current
Copyright Law has rule vacancies in identifying right holders, determining copyrightability, and allocating liability among multiple actors in virtual digital human performances, making it difficult to adapt to technological development needs. Therefore, based on a typological approach, this paper constructs a copyright ownership rule centered on "contribution degree" establishes a classified creativity review and legality pre-control mechanism, and designs a liability allocation path matching "fault with control power". This provides a refined and systematic solution for copyright regulation of virtual digital human performances, promoting healthy industry development and positive interaction with legal regulation.
