Abstract:
The digital construction of university career guidance courses lags behind the digital demands of job hunting. Conventional career guidance teaching is plagued by insufficient practical training, homogenized instruction and simplistic assessment, which stem fundamentally from four factors: faculty capacity, university-enterprise cooperation, institutional arrangements and funding. Universities can adopt AR-enabled immersive teaching by constructing tiered virtual scenarios, restructuring curriculum systems, innovating classroom modes and establishing diversified evaluation frameworks, alongside improving supporting guarantee measures. This study aims to bridge the gap between teaching supply and market demand, and enhance college students' job-seeking competencies as well as the quality of employment education.
