Abstract: The integration of "post-course-competition-certificate" is an innovation in the philosophy and implementation path of applied talent cultivation. It carries important value for training compound quality engineers in the automotive industry and realizing the precise docking between the education chain and industrial chain. Aiming at practical problems of the micro-major in automotive quality management engineering, including mismatching between posts and courses, inadequate connection of competition-certificate teaching and teachers’ insufficient industrial practice experience, this paper constructs an integrated teaching mode of "post competency profiling—curriculum reconstruction—competition transformation—certificate alignment". By adopting reform measures such as curriculum design oriented by post requirements, optimizing the curriculum system, developing characteristic courses and promoting the in-depth integration of post, course, competition and certificate, multi-dimensional education integration is advanced. The quality of curriculum construction, students’ innovative ability and post adaptability are significantly improved, with remarkable talent cultivation effects.
