Abstract:
Targeting practical challenges in curriculum ideological and political education at vocational undergraduate colleges, including unclear power and responsibility allocation, inadequate resource guarantee, inconsistent evaluation benchmarks and obstacles in talent training, this study establishes a five-dimensional collaborative education system involving objectives, leadership, operation, incentives and evaluation on the basis of synergy theory and the PDCA cycle theory. The construction of multi-level mechanisms breaks educational barriers, facilitates deep integration between industry-education integration and ideological and political education, achieves standardized and sustainable development of curriculum ideological and political education, and offers references for quality and efficiency enhancement of holistic education in vocational undergraduate institutions.
