Abstract: More attention has been paid to the key laboratory construction and development by the supported colleges and universities that play an active part in discipline advantages, talent aggregation, achievement transformation and knowledge spreading. And it is necessary to make improvement firstly on the discipline planning and construction, innovate secondly the management system of science and technology for the promotion of joint and harmonious development, attract thirdly more talents for scientific teams, expand fourthly the academic exchange and influence, and raise finally the service efficiency of hardware equipment and make full use of scientific platform to the maximum effect for the promotion of the joint and harmonious development between key laboratories and universities.
