Abstract: As to the connection between the secondary vocational education and the vocational education in Maanshan, there exist contradictions mainly in the vagueness and deficiency in the connotation, the sectional division in the management mechanism and the disconnection between the talent cultivation mode and human resource market. For the promotion to the educational connection and the enhance of the efficiency and quality in the talent cultivation, it is necessary to make it clear the connotation of the educational connection, build the management mechanism to the vocational education integration, reform the operation mechanism in the connection between the secondary vocational education and vocational education, and establish the running-school mechanism by the vocational education group.
