Abstract: In recent years, MicroBlog and WeChat have already become important channels for netizens to express their opinions. However, in the process of online information spreading, distortion appeared in communication subjects, content, channels and objects can eventually result in severe distortion in information and public opinions expression. Proper measures must be taken to achieve authentic expression and effective utilization of netizens' opinions.
