Abstract: Local colleges and universities are supposed to pay more attention to the improvement and promotion in the construction of supervision system in order to implement the entity responsibility and supervision responsibility in the construction of a clean administration. The establishment of subsidiary discipline inspection commission is an important approach to the improvement on the internal discipline supervision working mechanism in local colleges and universities, whose task can be focused on the education, supervision, punishment and protection for the further promotion to the honest campus construction.
