Abstract: The party building for college students is an organic part of party building in colleges and universities. In order to do well in developing college student party members and managing education under new circumstance, efforts should be taken to stick to the standard in a strict way, reinforce the instruction work, enlarge paths for cultivation, perfect the management and service system, sufficiently guarantee their rights in the party, enhance the leading of the organization, continuously press forward innovation, and hence promote the quality of college student party members.
