Abstract: There exist such phenomena as the lack of understanding, the simplification of evaluation subject, the incompletion of evaluation content and system, and the efficient application of evaluation result in the present project evaluation on cadre education and training. It is concluded that the important contents to the project evaluation on cadre education and training can be focused on such aspects:How to establish and improve the index system, how to promote realistically the market operation mechanism, how to make further improvement on the evaluation process, and how to make good use of the evaluation result.
