Abstract:
The scale of labor transfer is comparatively large in Ma'anshan, but there is not much output. And it is common that rural labor force does not possess much knowledge and is lacking of skills, combined with factors such as the uncertainty of the competitiveness in the market employment, all of which makes it a great chance that people return to their hometown. With the rural land circulation and the growth of new labor, there will still be labor transfer from rural areas, thus, it is necessary to perfect service system and enhance technique training and so forth to promote the employment of rural labor force.
