马鞍山市农村劳动力资源调查研究

An Investigation on Rural Labor Force Resources of Ma'anshan

  • 摘要: 马鞍山全市农村劳动力转移规模较大,可劳动力输出并不多,且农村劳动力普遍文化偏低,缺乏技能,加之市场就业竞争能力等不确定因素,返乡回流的机率较大。随着农村土地流转和新生劳动力成长,仍会有农村劳动力需要转移就业。应采取健全服务体系、加强技能培训等措施,促进农村劳动力就业。

     

    Abstract: The scale of labor transfer is comparatively large in Ma'anshan, but there is not much output. And it is common that rural labor force does not possess much knowledge and is lacking of skills, combined with factors such as the uncertainty of the competitiveness in the market employment, all of which makes it a great chance that people return to their hometown. With the rural land circulation and the growth of new labor, there will still be labor transfer from rural areas, thus, it is necessary to perfect service system and enhance technique training and so forth to promote the employment of rural labor force.
