摘要: 严把党员发展关、确保大学生党员质量是高校党建工作的重要任务。实行“发展对象答辩制”, 把好了发展党员的“入口关”, 提升了党员发展质量;同时, 启示我们要加强对要求入党积极分子的培养工作。

Abstract: It is an important task of Party building in colleges and universities to strictly develop the party members and ensure the quality of undergraduate party members.The implementation of the“system of oral defense”helps hold “the pass of population”of Party members, and enhance the quality of party members.At the same time, we must strengthen the cultivation of activists who want to join Communist Party of China.
