Abstract: In the independent college, the young teachers of ideological and political education have less opportunities for further study, and the teaching staff are dynamic.Young teachers should study continuously, promote theoretical quality, improve educating and teaching standard, attach importance to scientific research and promote specialty development ability.College should better the cultivation mechanism for young teachers, reform personnel system, construct teachers' evaluation and incentive mechanism and establish scientific mechanism to guarantee its development.
