Abstract: Teaching management accounts an important position in the management of independent colleges.In order to achieve personnel cultivation objectives of independent college, it is necessary to actively promote the reform of teaching management in independent colleges, including rationally setting up professional courses, optimizing teaching plans, building supporting teaching staff teams, teaching materials and practical bases, and perfecting teaching management and evaluation in view of the existing problems.
