Abstract: Conducting education in innovation and pioneering work for college students is good for them to develop in an all-round way. At present, education in innovation and pioneering work for college students still have problems in lacking of attention in thoughts, deficiency in teachers, and insufficient strong security system. Colleges and universities should mobilize power from all available sources, make joint efforts in promoting education in innovation and pioneering work, integrate teaching contents, press forward teaching in accordance with students' aptitude and perfect security system.
