Abstract: Colleague attendance is an effective academic activity with possibility to develop, which is beneficial to improving teaching quality and teachers' performance in class. From auditing other teachers'class, teachers can learn new teaching methods and apply those strategies in their class, thus improving their teaching quality and confidence.
