Abstract: The integration of innovation and entrepreneurship education and English teaching is atrend. With the increasingly widely international exchange, the role of English has become more prominent. It is an urgent need to combine English teaching with innovation and entrepreneurship education organically, build evaluation index system to college English teaching effectiveness under the background of "Mass Entrepreneurship and Innovation Education" and cultivate students' innovative spirit and practical ability in English teaching.
