摘要: 网络是思想政治教育的重要阵地。加强网络思想政治教育, 需要辅导员加强网络知识学习, 提升信息处理能力和网络素养。同时应从教育理念、创新能力和学习研究能力等方面加强学习, 以提升职业能力。

Abstract: Network plays an important role in ideological and political education.To strengthen the network ideological and political education, counselors need to reinforce their knowledge on network, improve their information processing capabilities and network literacy.At the same time, they should strengthen their learning on educational philosophy, innovation and learning and researching ability to improve their professional ability.
