Abstract: Implementing the strategy of "prosper the city by developing the harbor", industry transformation and upgrading, and urban and rural harmonious development require the vocational education to provide a large number of talented personnel in expertise and management in Ma'anshan. Vocational schools are the most direct and effective access for getting people with expertise. Thus, they ought to adapt to the demand of local economic development, give priorities to the development of relative majors and grouped specialties, cultivate suitable talents and boost local economy.
